The historic Cain's Ballroom has a new owner morning. It now belongs to Dr Jim Rodgers.

Thereâ€™s no word on how much he paid for the home of "Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys.â€ Rodgers also owns Hardwoods Grill and Sport Bar.

He's promising improvements to the Cain's, not only with new bathrooms, but air conditioning as well.
