Tulsa's economy is taking a hit. IBM is moving about 350 finance and accounting jobs to Buenos Aires, Argentina. A spokesman for IBM says employees can apply for openings in Houston. He says others will get severance pay.
The cutbacks will happen over the next two years. IBM has almost 1,100 workers in Tulsa.
