STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- Running backDexter Pratt will leave the Oklahoma State football program, sources confirmed to Oklahoma Sports. The redshirt freshman was expected to backup Kendall Hunter this season.

The Navasota, Texas native Pratt was the No. 10 rated athlete by Rivals.com and the No. 15 ranked player in the state of Texas. After decommitting from LSU, he became an early enrollee in the Cowboys' 2009 class.

The cupboard is not bare in the OSU backfield. Big 12 rushing leader Kendall Hunter returns for his senior season. Travis Miller turned a few heads in spring ball and former Union All-Stater Jeremy Smith is a redshirt freshman. Smith has recovered from shoulder surgery.
