NORMAN, Oklahoma -- All of the great college football stadiums across the nation have names that convey the unfriendly confines that opponents are entering.
Names like Death Valley, The Big House, The Horseshoe and The Swamp are not only synonymous with the teams that they represent, but the home field advantage they provide.
However, Owen Field – which has become one of the toughest places in the nation for opponents – doesn’t have a nickname. Oklahoma Sports anchor Toby Rowland hit the campus before the game against Colorado to find out what fans think about it.
