Coweta Police: Shoplifter In Video Identified

Coweta Police say they've identified the man in a video taken outside a Walmart. They said he took a shopping cart full of items.

Another shopper recorded video of him taking the license plate off of a waiting SUV, loading the items and leaving.

Police say they aren’t releasing any names right now.
