A man injured in the Oklahoma State Homecoming crash is suing Adacia Chambers, the woman accused of driving into the crowd last year. Four people died when prosecutors say Chambers crashed her car into people watching the OSU homecoming parade in 2015.

Leo Schmitz, an American Airlines avionics technician who was at the parade, claims head neck and back injuries that ultimately led to his leg amputation.
