OKLAHOMA CITY -- Felony charges are filed against two men in the shooting of an Oklahoma County deputy who was working off-duty. According to court records, 18-year old Keonta Prince and 29-year-old Christopher Baker each face one count of shooting with the intent to kill and robbery with a firearm.

The two are accused with ambushing Major John Waldenville on May 21 as he left Cattlemen's Steakhouse. Maj. Waldenville, who worked as a security officer at the restaurant, was carrying money from the restaurant to deposit at a bank. Police say that's when the two men ran up to Major Waldenville and pulled out a gun. One of the men shot him in the head and both ran away.

Waldenville's family says the security guard faces a long road to recovery.
