NEW YORK CITY--The wait continues...
We were informed by MLB that there was going to be an elimination at the end of last week, but Thursday and Friday came and went with no elimination. We now assume that there will be an elimination this coming Monday or Tuesday, but it is anyone's guess at this point. As always, I will keep you updated on my status here in the Fan Cave, but in the meantime, feel free to keep blowing up the voting website.
We had six players come by the MLB Fan Cave this week from the Colorado Rockies and Houston Astros. They were all really awesome to hang out with, and their content videos should be going up on the Fan Cave website soon. Here is who came through:
-Dexter Fowler (COL)
-Chris Nelson (COL)
-Adam Ottavino (COL)
-Jose Altuve (HOU)
-Bud Norris (HOU)
-Lucas Harrell (HOU)
As I mentioned before, Ryan Dempster and Derek Holland from the Texas Rangers came in and did the funniest skit we have seen in the two years of the Fan Cave. Here is the official video. Be sure to share this around, and definitely make sure your friends that are Texas Rangers fans see it.
Aside from the forthcoming elimination, there will be some great things going on in the Cave this week. Unfortunately, Gym Class Heroes had to cancel their show, but Neon Trees and The Band Perry will be playing shows in the Cave this week. We should also be having some player visits. Hopefully I'm here to give everyone a behind-the-scenes look at all the visits!
As promised, I have turned up the intensity with blog production. If you could, check out these blogs, share your favorites on your social media sites, and leave comments directly on the blog. Here are the blogs and videos that I have done for this past week:
As I mentioned before, I hope to update you with great news in the next few days. In the meantime, please ask everyone you can think of to do the following:
