We've had some decent rain across the state the past few days, although some areas have missed out on all the activity. Not a drought buster by any means, but every little bit helps.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue across the state into the late evening hours before moving into far eastern Oklahoma overnight. Storms are capable of small pea size hail, lightning and heavy rain, but severe storms not expected. Winds will ramp up out of the northwest at 15 to 30 mph with occasional gusts to 40 mph.

Lows tonight will drop into the 40s and even into the low 30s in northwest Oklahoma. Winds will drastically decrease after midnight.

Tuesday, look for partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies with highs in the upper 60s and low 70s. Winds will be strong for the first half of the day at 20 to 30 mph out of the northwest.

Turning warmer through the next few days with 80s making a return. The wildfire risk will also ramp up this week.
