Our fall weather has finally arrived! After Monday afternoon's cold front, low temperatures Monday night will drop into the 30's in the panhandle to the 40's and 50's across the rest of the viewing area. Winds will be light out of the north at 5-15 mph. There will be a slight chance of a few showers and storms from I-35 east. Small hail will be possible with the strongest storms, but don't expect anything too rowdy.
High temperatures Tuesday will be a far cry from what we had this weekend. No 80's and 90's here! Look for 60's and 70's Tuesday with a light northeast breeze. It will feel much more like the end of October.
Looking ahead to the middle of the week, highs on Wednesday will reach the low to mid-70's as southeast winds return to the state.
And let's not forget Halloween night! Highs that afternoon will reach into the upper 60's with light northeast winds. Temperatures will quickly drop into 50's and 40's with light winds. It looks a bit chilly for that night.
