Showers and storms forming in the Texas panhandle are expected to move north into the Oklahoma panhandle Thursday evening.
Some of these storms could become severe with large hail and damaging wind the big threats.
A cold front dropping into northwest Oklahoma will provide additional chances for storms in that part of the state Thursday night. The rest of the state will stay dry, muggy and warm with lows in the upper 70s.
A boundary draped across northern Oklahoma tomorrow will keep rain chances high to our north. Chances are there but a lot lower for central and southern OK. Highs still top out in the mid and upper 90s.
