Police Respond To Reported Bomb Threat At Edmond Laundromat

Police investigated a bomb threat at a laundromat in Edmond.

Officers were called out to the Coin-Op Laundry located near W. Edmond Rd. and S. Kelly Ave.

According to police, a woman who made the threat is in custody. Investigators say the woman, who has yet to be identified, suffers from mental health issues.

The bomb squad inspected a bag the woman left at the business and cleared the scene.
