Blood-thinning drug is recalled

Baxter Healthcare Corporation officially announced a huge recall Thursday, Feb. 28.

The pharmaceutical company is recalling both single-dose and multi-dose vials of its drug Heparin.

Since the end of December, there have been 448 reports of adverse reactions to the blood thinning drug.
