DEL CITY, Okla. -- A second arrest has been made in connection to a Del City homicide.
Police arrested 21-year-old Quashay Waters in the killing of Anthony Parks. She is facing charges of one count of murder and two counts of armed robbery. Parks was shot outside a vacant house July 30th.
Police had arrested 18-year-old Nicco Barnett in connection to the case prior.
Police believe it was gang-related.
