Oklahoma Caring Vans Offer Free Vaccines

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Several Caring Van immunization clinics for children, birth though age 18, are scheduled in central Oklahoma during the month of December. Locations are in Oklahoma City unless otherwise indicated. The following public clinics will be held in December:

December 4 - NSO WIC
- 5818 NW 50th St. 400
- 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

December 10 - Capitol Hill WIC
- 210 SW 25th St.
- 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

December 10 - WCD WIC OKC
- 7390 S Walker, Suite C
- Noon to 4 p.m.

December 16 - WCD WIC El Reno
- 1623 E Highway 66 (El Reno)
- 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

December 17 - NSO West WIC
- 1138 N Meridian
- 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

December 18 - Latino Community Development Agency
- 420 SW 10th St.
- 8:30 a.m. to Noon

Immunizations are given on a first come, first serve basis. A parent or guardian must accompany any child and be able to provide previous immunization records.

The Caring Van provides all immunizations required by Oklahoma law for enrollment in schools or child care.
