NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Possible good news for the 3rd-ranked Sooners today. NEWS 9 Sports Anchor Toby Rowland has learned that Blake Griffin went through drills at practice this afternoon in Norman for the first time since suffering an apparent concussion in last Saturday's loss at Texas.

OU is not expected to give an update on Griffin's status until Thursday.

Griffin's performance during Wednesday's practice could be a valuable piece in OU's medical evaluation that will determine whether he will play in Saturday's game at Texas Tech.
