TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa police officers are searching for a man who robbed an IBC Bank Saturday afternoon.
Police say the IBC Bank located in the 5300 block of East Skelly Drive was robbed shortly after 2:30 p.m.
Sgt. Gary Neece with the Tulsa Police Department said the robber approached the bank wearing a surgical mask, gloves and a spiky wig.
Neece said an employee saw the person approaching the bank and tried to lock the doors with an automatic lock, but the robber got inside before this could be done.
The robber showed three employees a gun and demanded money. He ran from the bank.
The robber is described as black, 20 to 25 years old, 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet tall, weighing about 200 pounds.
He was wearing dark black framed sunglasses, a white hooded sweat shirt and dark baggy pants.
The robbery is the 13th at a Tulsa financial instutition this year.
