Overturned Truck Closed Dallas Junction Ramp

OKLAHOMA CITY -- An overturned cement truck closed a ramp at the Dallas junction in downtown Oklahoma City for about four hours.

In an effort to clear the scene, crews closed the ramp from northbound Interstate 35 to westbound Interstate 40.

All roads were back open by about 11 a.m.
