Enid Man Arrested For Lewd Molestation

ENID, Oklahoma -- An Enid man is behind bars for allegedly molesting a 4-year-old girl.

Enid Police Detective Tim Doyle arrested James Cox Tuesday afternoon for Lewd Molestation.

It was reported to police that Cox felt the genitalia of a four-year-old girl while at his home located at 417 N. 14th in Enid. The girl reported that the molestation has occurred on numerous occasions.

Cox was interviewed about the allegations by detectives. Following that interview, police arrested Cox on five counts of Lewd Molestation. Cox is being held at the Garfield County Detention facility on $250,000 bond.
