OKC High School Principal Suspended

OKLAHOMA CITY -- John Marshall High School is without a principal.

Oklahoma City Public Schools released a statement Tuesday morning stating Doctor J. Leonard Wright has been suspended with pay.

The administration recommended his employment not be renewed pending a termination hearing in July.

Aspasia Carlson is acting as an interim principal.

School district officials are not speaking publicly about the suspension because it is a "personnel matter."
