Santa Claus To Greet Animals, Visitors At OKC Zoo

Santa Claus is making a trip to the Oklahoma City Zoo Monday to spread some special holiday cheer to the zoo animals and the visitors.

The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. According to organizers, the animals will receive some Christmas goodies from Santa during this event.

Not only the animals, but also the zoo visitors will get the chance to visit with Santa Claus. Event organizers said Santa and his elves will meet with visitors in the Barnyard area of the Children's Zoo by 11 a.m.

Santa will also be taking pictures with visitors at the Canopy Restaurant.

According to event organizers, in December, admission to the zoo is free on Mondays.

The Oklahoma City Zoo is located in Oklahoma City's Adventure District, at the crossroads of I-35 and I-44.
