The Court of Criminal Appeals upheld the death penalty for Gilbert Postelle, a man convicted of four murders on Memorial Day 2005.

Postelle and his brother David gunned down four people in a southeast Oklahoma City mobile home.

Court records show the killings were revenge for a motorcycle accident involving the Postelle's father.

Earl Postelle was also charged in the killings, but was later found incompetent to stand trial.
