Arson Charges Filed In Oklahoma City Apartment Fire

Prosecutors file arson charges after a metro apartment complex goes up in flames.

Dozens of people were left homeless after fire destroyed 16 units at the Rain Dance apartments on July 15.

Witnesses reported seeing Robert Reed running from the apartment just a few minutes before seeing smoke and flames.

Prosecutors charged Reed with first-degree arson.

He's in the Oklahoma County jail on a $10,000 bond.
