The teenaged armed robber, convicted of murder in the Jerome Ersland Pharmacy robbery, is out of jail for a second time.

The teenaged armed robber, convicted of murder in the Jerome Ersland Pharmacy robbery, is out of jail for a second time.

Jevontai Ingram was arrested in September for vandalizing his mother's car.

News 9 spoke to his attorney who says there was an agreement to release Ingram when he turned 18-and-a-half.

He is now being taken out of the metro and possibly the state for his own safety.
