Man Caught With Pants Down In Parking Lot Of OKC Pharmacy

A man has been arrested after police say he pulled down his pants, exposing himself, in the parking lot of a CVS pharmacy in Oklahoma City.

Officers responded to the incident Thursday afternoon at the CVS pharmacy, located at 5025 N. May Avenue in Oklahoma City.

A loss prevention employee at the store said the suspect, 36-year-old Jason Spencer, was trying to steal items from the store. When the employee confronted Spencer, he reportedly dropped the items and left.

However, the employee said he then saw Spencer pulling his pants down, exposing his private parts in the parking lot.

Spencer was taken into custody and is currently in the Oklahoma County Jail. He faces charges of public indecency and public intoxication.

Spencer has a rap sheet. Records show he has been in jail before on convictions involving everything from domestic abuse to stalking and attempted burglary.
