A brother and sister who allegedly attacked three people at metro fast food places and a mall were thrown in jail Wednesday night.

Police say Derrick Wadlington Jr. and Khayla Wadlington used a taser to rob a carhop at a Sonic near Danforth and Western.

That was just one of three similar attacks reported to police in the area. According to reports the carhop was pushed into the suspects' car. She was tased eight or nine times in the hand, side and head. The two suspects got away with some money and her diamond ring.

A second victim was attacked when she was on her way out of Macy's at the Quail Springs Mall. She said a woman, who she later identified as Khayla Wadlington, followed her to the car, then attacked her with a stun gun.

"It knocked me down and it feel very bad. And I tried to stand up and you know run and screaming, looking for some people to help me," explained the victim who did not want to be identified. "They hit me like behind my back." [SIC]

She had cuts and scrapes on her hand and both of her knees from falling to the ground because of the electric shock.

"She tried to steal my purse. And on that time when she attacked me I'm totally fell down and the taser knocked me down and I think I'm screaming a lot and she, you know, go away." [SIC]

Luckily a man was in the parking lot and approached. They told police the suspects took off in a maroon Dodge Magnum, which was the same car description as two other attacks.

A third victim, another carhop, was attacked at the Sonic near May and NW 132nd. He was able to get away before the suspects stole anything from him. Police caught up with the suspects and arrested them, but the victims are each still shaken. Two did not want to speak with News 9 and another asked that her identity stay secret.

"I'm still scared, you know. I'm still scared. I didn't sleep at night, last night," said one victim. "Everybody, you know, has to be careful and you know, make sure to look around, see if people, if you think people follow you so you have to be careful to get ready to do something." [SIC]

Derrick Wadlington Jr. and Khayla Wadlington each face three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, one count of robbery by force or fear, two counts of attempted robbery by force or fear, and one count of kidnapping.
