Oklahoma City Police have a brother and sister in custody, after they say the two were responsible for a string of armed robberies on the northwest side of the metro.

The robberies happened Wednesday night near N.W.159th Street and Penn.

Officers say the suspects first tried to rob a car hop at the Sonic near N.W. 122nd and May. Then officers say they used a taser on a woman at Quail Springs Mall, but didn't get her purse.

Police say the suspects then robbed another Sonic at NW 192nd and Western.

Police have identified the two suspects as a brother and sister. They have not released their names or ages at this time.

Both suspects are being charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon and armed robbery.
