Brunswick Stew

3 lbs. chopped bbq beef or pulled pork

1 large onion, chopped

1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes

1 bottle Head Country barbecue sauce

1 1/2 cups chicken broth or stock

1 pkg frozen baby lima beans, thawed

1 pkg frozen corn, thawed

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp seasoning salt

Tabasco sauce


Place all of the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours. Serve with warm cornbread!
