A Madill teen was killed in a head-on collision in Bryan County, Saturday morning.

According to a report by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 19-year-old Skylar Briley was traveling eastbound on US highway 70 in a 2004 GMC vehicle, at around 10:45 a.m., when he crossed into the westbound lane for an unknown reason.

Briley's vehicle crashed head-on with a 2012 Ford vehicle, driven by 35-year-old Earl Pool of Oklahoma City. Pool was transported to Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma in Durant, where he is listed in stable condition.

A 21-year-old passenger in Pool's car, William Mays, was life-flighted to Plano Medical Center, in Plano, Texas, where he is listed in stable condition. A 13-year-old passenger in Pool's car was not injured.

Briley was pinned in his wrecked vehicle for approximately one hour before being freed by the West Bryan County Fire Department using the Jaws of Life. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

OHP Troopers are still investigating the cause of the crash.
