1 package Schwab's Hot Links

1 Vidalia Onion, quartered

1 package blue potatoes, cut in half

Head Country bbq sauce

Wooden skewers

Heat grill pan or grill to high heat. Cut hot links into 3rds. To make the skewers: place hot link, wedge of Vidalia onion, potato, and repeat. Place on grill and cook till veggies are tender and then mop with Head Country barbecue sauce.
