OKC Police Arrest Man Accused Of Firing Gun At Officer

A man is arrested after he allegedly tried to shoot an Oklahoma City police officer.

Police say Steven Lampkin, 29, took off on foot after an office tried to pull him over for speeding.

Police say Lampkin grabbed the officer's gun when he caught him and then Lampkin fired at the officer.

The officer was not hit, but did receive minor injuries.

Lampkin was eventually found hiding in a vacant house nearby and arrested.
