Crews Put Out Fire At Apartment In NW OKC

Firefighters have extinguished a blaze at an apartment in northwest Oklahoma City, Tuesday night.

Crews responded to the fire just before 8 p.m. at the Independence Square Apartments, located at 3229 N.W. 50th Street. Fire officials say the oven at an apartment caught on fire.

EMSA paramedics treated one patient for smoke inhalation. That person is doing okay.

No one else was injured.
