What is your reason for running? "Marijuana prohibition ruins too many young lives. People end up convicted felons in our state for getting caught with a joint twice! Many of our politicians are sold-oh to the private prison industry and it is costing Oklahomans millions upon millions of dollars. Secondly, I want to see liberty expanded for ordinary individuals. The 2nd Amendment is the only Amendment in the Bill of Rights that the government says we must have a license to exercise. Free men and women do not go hat in hand asking the government if they can exercise their rights!"

Why should Oklahomans vote for you? "I take the United States and Oklahoma Constitutions quite literally. I loathe hearing that the Constitution is a "living document" that evolves over time subject to the Supreme Court's "interpretation". It doesn't need interpreting. It is written in English. For instance, all of the recent hullabaloo about a "cruel" execution is silly. Punishments can be Constitutional and cruel so long as they are not "cruel AND unusual"."
