Water Line Break Closes Parts Of Broadway In Edmond

Parts of Broadway in Edmond are closed Thursday afternoon as crews work to repair a water line break.

According to Edmond city officials, the outside southbound lanes of Broadway between 3rd and 4th streets are closed.

Crews working on water line improvement hit a 10 inch line. They are currently digging to stop the leak and do a temporary repair until a permanent fix can be put into place. Businesses in the area will experience low water pressure until the temporary fix can be in place.

It is unclear at this time when the water line break will be fixed.
