A woman accused of dressing up like a witch and torturing her grandchildren is back behind bars Wednesday evening. And police have now arrested her boyfriend as well; all this after new evidence as come to light.

Both 49-year-old Geneva Robinson and 31-year-old Joshua Granger were arrested Wednesday morning, not at the house where all the reported abuse happened, but at a home they moved into across the street.

Though there were people inside, they refused to answer the door.

“Well if it's going to protect the kids, do whatever you got to do,” said Russell Humphries, who lives right across the street.

Both he and other neighbors say they never heard any commotion coming from the home and were shocked to hear about the new allegations.

According to the arrest warrant filed today, on Oct. 7 Oklahoma City Police received a DVD from a DHS caseworker containing video taken from a cellphone. That video reportedly shows Robinson in a witch costume, terrorizing her grandchildren and grabbing one of them by the face and hair. It also shows Granger in the video assisting her.

“I can't believe it,” said one neighbor who did not want to be identified. “I really thought it was all done and over with. I was here when they arrested her the first time. I just thought that maybe it was a mistake.”

Back in September, police reported they found a pink dog leash hanging with a black dog leash in the garage which matched up with one of the kids' stories. They also found a horse whip, a dagger, a witch hat, black wig and a hooded cloak costume with red eyes.

“I'm literally speechless after that,” said Ruben Herrera who lives across the street. “Because I have two children of my own and I couldn't imagine doing that to my kids at all.”

Most neighbors did not want to show their face on camera, but did say they had seen a lot of undercover officers out here recently watching Robinson's home. They say they do not think she should have access to the children ever again.

All the children involved, ages 5, 6, 7 and 8, are currently in foster homes under DHS supervision. DHS says all of this was discovered after Robinson tried to admit one of the children into Griffin Memorial Hospital.

And the caseworker who started investigating the claim is the one who alerted police.
