An earthquake rattled residents in Logan County, Sunday afternoon.

A 3.7 magnitude earthquake rumbled at 3:37 p.m., two miles south southwest of Guthrie, or about 25 miles north of the OKC metro, at a depth of just under three miles.

Some residents in Guthrie have called News 9 reporting some damage. Those reports have not been confirmed at this time.

There have been no reports of injuries.

According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), earthquakes with magnitudes ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans. Damage is more likely with quakes at magnitudes of 4.0 and higher.
