Police release a 911 call in a metro home invasion.
Two teenagers were home alone when the burglars broke into the home near Southwest 49th and Western, Tuesday morning.
The father who was several miles away at the time, received texts messages from his daughters warning of intruders in the home.
In that instance, the father did the only thing he could do, call 911.
Dispatcher: Oklahoma City 911, what is your emergency?
Father: My daughters are at home by themselves and they are saying there's people inside my house.
Dispatcher: Who did she contact?
Father: She sent me a text message saying there was someone in the house.
Dispatcher: Did they give you any idea if they know who they were?
Father: They didn't say anything, they didn't call me because they were scared the people would hear them.
The 13-year-old and 15-year-old hid under the bed during the whole ordeal.
They also sent text messages to their mother and neighbor, Estefania Serna.
"She was like help we are getting robbed, and I was like don't move we are here," said Serna.
Oklahoma City Police rushed to the scene as soon as they got the call.
Police said when they arrived, 22-year-old Davante Hornsby and 18-year-old Randy Wilks bailed out the back of the house.
The suspects did not get too far away from police. Officers caught up with them a block away and took them into custody.
Hornsby and Wilks are being held at the Oklahoma County Jail on complaints of first degree robbery.
