Hazardous Materials Unit Dispatched For Tipped Semi On I-44

A semi carrying electronic parts rolled onto its side on I-44 near Pennsylvania Ave. on Saturday afternoon. The Oklahoma City Fire Department is on the scene along with the Hazardous Materials Unit. An estimated five gallons of diesel escaped from a ruptured saddle tank on the truck but there was no immediate danger.

The OHP says that one person has been transported from the scene but his or her condition is unknown. According to ODOT, all ramps and lanes are now open.
