ME's Office Identifies Victims Found In SW OKC Home

The Medical Examiner’s office has identified the victims found in a southwest Oklahoma City home over the weekend.

An official cause has not yet been determined in the deaths of Susan Hadley, Christie Schlund and Jeffrey Vaughn.

Carbon monoxide poisoning was originally thought to be the cause of death, but a preliminary investigation did not detect the gas in the home, located in the 8700 block of SW 36^th St.   

Upon arrival, EMSA said they found two people already deceased and one person in need of CPR. That third victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition, but a short time later was pronounced dead.
