1 package refrigerated pie crust
1 egg beaten
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a baking sheeting with parchment paper. Roll out the crust and cut into 6 rectangles. Place a teaspoon of jam in the middle of the crust. Brush the egg wash in the edges and use a fork to crimp. Bake for 20 minutes. Make a glaze with the powdered sugar and add sprinkles!
