The fate of Oklahoma City schools superintendent may soon be decided. News 9 is told a "separation agreement" is on the table for Monday night's meeting.
The school board will meet at 5:30 p.m. with Superintendent Rob Neu in their first meeting since earlier this month when he was given the title of “out of the office.”
That happened after a specially held meeting that lasted five hours in a private session. The meeting tonight is a regularly scheduled meeting. But the meeting earlier this month followed rumors that Neu has resigned. He later denied those rumors.

Then, last week, News 9 learned Neu was speaking at an education conference in San Diego. News 9 followed Neu there, tried to get into the conference but we were then turned away.
We did speak with Neu’s attorney who told us that Neu is “not planning on getting fired,” and he “hopes to reach an agreement with the district.”
The details of the separation agreement have not been released. The district stated it cannot release additional details because it’s a personnel issue.
