John Marshall HS Coach Charged With Rape, Forcible Oral Sodomy

A part-time coach at John Marshall High School in Oklahoma City, has been charged with three counts of first-degree rape and one count of forcible oral sodomy.

Eliyah Tee Gill, 24, is accused of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with one of his students. He has been suspended from the school without pay.

Formal charges have been filed against Gill on Monday.

Police began investigating when a school resource officer received information that Gill was sending improper text messages to the student. Further investigation revealed that Gill and the 16-year-old female student engaged in sexual activities on three occasions, according to court documents.
