Cheeseburger Personal Pizza

• 1 package sandwich flats
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1-2 tablespoon yellow mustard
• 1 pound hamburger, browned
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
• 2 tablespoon dill pickle relish

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown the ground beef and onion together. Add the seasoning salt and pickles. Set meat aside. In a small bowl mix together the ketchup and mustard.
2. Spread the ketchup mixture over 1/2 of the sandwich flat. Top with browned meat and sprinkle with cheese.
3. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and toast in the oven or toaster oven till the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and allow the pizza to cool slightly before eating.
