Fire Destroys Abandoned Home Near Little Axe

Firefighters battled a fire Sunday at an abandoned home near Little Axe.

The fire was reported about 3:50 p.m. near S Harrah and Tealwood.

The abandoned home had no furniture or appliances inside and did not have electricity. Firefighters are not sure what caused the fire, Little Axe firefighters said. 

No injuries were reported. Norman and Oklahoma City firefighters assisted in battling the fire.
