Cashew Samoa Magic Bars

• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 9 Samoa cookies crushed
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups chocolate chips
• 2 cups shredded coconut
• 1 cup unsalted cashews, chopped
• 5 Samoa cookies, rough chopped

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a 1/4 sheet with parchment paper and spray pan and paper with nonstick cooking spray.
3. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham crackers and nine crushed Samoa cookies. Press into the bottom of the baking pan.
4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top and then sprinkle with chocolate chips, cashews, Samoa cookie pieces and coconut. Bake for 30 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
6. Cut into squares to serve.
