Prepare your cupcakes according to package instructions.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely.
Frost the tops with green frosting and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove from the refrigerator.
Using a Ziplock bag or pastry bag with a Wilton #47 or #48 tip, use white frosting to draw lines across the top of the green cupcakes. Leave room for a little bit of green showing.
Add eyes.
Chill until you are ready to serve!
