San Diego Burrito

  • Carne asada, sliced
  • Grilled onions and peppers
  • 3 cups French fries, cooked and seasoned with Mexican seasoning Spanish rice, Black beans
  • Fresh salsa
  • Burrito sized flour tortillas
  • AvoCrema (see recipe)

AvoCrema Sauce

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Mexican cream
  • 1 teaspoon Mexican seasoning
  1. Put all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Place in a squeeze bottle to serve.
  3. To make the burrito, place sliced carne asada, grilled onions and peppers, 1/4 cup of French fries, beans, rice, and salsa in the center of the warm burrito.
  4. To roll: simple fold in the sides and roll up and serve seam side down.
  5. Drizzle with avocado cream.
