Norman Animal Welfare is holding a free adoption event this week.
All dog adoptions fees will be waived from Wednesday through Saturday.
Norman Animal Welfare is open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
The goal of the event is to completely empty the shelter.
