Three Houston police officers who were injured in a gunbattle at a suspected drug house were listed in stable condition, a doctor said.

Dr. Michelle McNutt told reporters at a press conference Tuesday morning that one of the officers was shot in the face and required more surgery.

Four officers in total were shot Monday, and a fifth suffered a knee injury. McNutt didn't provide updates on two of the wounded officers.
