Guymon PD Searching For Runaway/Missing 14-Year-Old

The Guymon Police Department is searching for a missing 14-year-old who reportedly ran away last week.

According to the department, Luiw Soe was last seen on Monday, November 11. Police said his direction of travel is unknown.
